- Utilize Korean (Preferably with TOPIK 5 or 6) and English language skills to accurately translate and interpret content for safety assessments.
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential safety breaches and provide detailed reports.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent future safety incidents on the platform.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve safety protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand safety and online content management.
- Provide training and support to team members on brand safety procedures and language translation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for safety processes and guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new safety features and tools for the platform.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of safety updates and changes to relevant parties.
- Participate in rotational shifts [24/7] to provide continuous support and coverage for safety operations.
- Contribute to the overall mission of creating a safe and trustworthy online environment for users.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading writing and speaking Korean (TOPIK 5 or 6) and English to effectively manage content.
- Possess strong analytical skills to assess and address safety concerns.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in translations and safety assessments.
