- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred.
- Technical diploma or certification in automotive.
- Open to all candidates with at least 2 years of experience from Service Centers.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin in order to liaise with customers.
