Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of new products and streamline operations.
• Provide technical support to production teams, resolving problems that may arise during manufacturing of new products.
• Ensure new products meet quality standards and that manufacturing processes comply with all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Document product specifications, testing protocols, and other technical information to support the commercialisation process.
• Manage, maintain and oversee the use of manufacturing equipment, which may include robotics, machinery, and automated systems.
• Continuously improve manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality of new products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and technological advancements in the cryogenics field.

Qualifications
