Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer (Major in Electrical)

Lead and manage the maintenance team, including machinery, equipment or facilities.

Oversee preventive maintenance activities and review procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Ensure all facilities and machinery operate at maximum performance.

Plan and execute timely maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience as a Senior Maintenance Engineer or Senior Maintenance Supervisor, specializing in electrical maintenance.
• Required technical skills: Strong technical expertise in using diagnostic tools, conducting equipment inspections, and troubleshooting/resolving electrical / electronic and mechanical issues.
• Other skills: Technologically savvy, people management, analytical thinking and decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• This position requires frequent communication with China suppliers ; therefore, proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
