Human Resource Specialist
Job summary
A recruitment-focused company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and support HR operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, has over 5 years of HR experience focused on recruitment across APAC regions, and possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR experience focused on recruitment.
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries.
- Knowledge of regional labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding.
Skills
Education
You lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.

You ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
- You bring experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries and knowledge of regional labor regulations.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
