Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Apply supply chain models, indirect procurement processes, supplier management, and spend analysis to design and drive state-of-the-art procurement channels to enhance compliance and efficiency. Monitor industry trends and best practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Establish policies, guidelines, and control measures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance, monitoring adherence and enforcing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders (procurement, finance, IT, and business leaders) to align and improve procurement systems and processes according to global indirect procurement strategies and goals.
- Oversee and optimize procurement systems (e.g., SLM tool, SAP, SAP Ariba, Supplier Business Network) for operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve workflows, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity through data-driven methods and tools.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct audits to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
- Assist with internal and external audits related to indirect procurement.
- Provide training and guidance to procurement teams and business partners.
Your Profile
You are well-suited for this role if you have:
- A degree or master's in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering with strong business acumen.
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company with a focus on business processes.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, sourcing, contract management, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, MyBuy, SAP Business Network).
- Experience in business process management (BPM), process analysis, digital transformation, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA such as UiPath, KNIME, OCR).
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A solid understanding of compliance, risk management, supply chain, and financial regulations.
