Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies to achieve company objectives.

  • Oversee business planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Identify new market opportunities, product innovations, and operational improvements.

  • Represent the company in key business discussions, partnerships, and negotiations.

2. Operations & Production Management
  • Oversee the full manufacturing process of safety boxes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.

  • Monitor production schedules, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, or 5S) to enhance operational performance.

  • Ensure compliance with industry safety and regulatory requirements.

3. Sales & Business Development
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service.

  • Explore new business channels and expansion opportunities locally and internationally.

4. Financial Management
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.

  • Review financial statements, sales reports, and production data to make data-driven decisions.

  • Identify areas for cost optimization while maintaining product quality and performance.

5. Human Capital & Leadership
  • Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers to achieve company goals.

  • Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and teamwork-oriented culture.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning to ensure strong leadership continuity.

6. Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure all safety boxes meet the required product standards and certifications.

  • Uphold workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with local occupational safety regulations.

  • Oversee ISO, SIRIM, or other relevant quality management systems and audits.

7. Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Manage procurement strategies to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.

  • Strengthen collaboration across purchasing, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure smooth production flow.

8. Reporting & Governance
  • Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on company performance, financial health, and risk areas.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory obligations, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

  • Proven leadership experience in industrial or metal fabrication manufacturing (preferably in safety box, steel, or related industries).

  • Strong understanding of production management, supply chain, and quality systems (ISO standards).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Financial literacy and strong business acumen.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
