Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning to ensure strong leadership continuity.
Ensure all safety boxes meet the required product standards and certifications.
Uphold workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with local occupational safety regulations.
Oversee ISO, SIRIM, or other relevant quality management systems and audits.
Manage procurement strategies to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and supplier reliability.
Strengthen collaboration across purchasing, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure smooth production flow.
Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on company performance, financial health, and risk areas.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory obligations, and ethical business practices.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Proven leadership experience in industrial or metal fabrication manufacturing (preferably in safety box, steel, or related industries).
Strong understanding of production management, supply chain, and quality systems (ISO standards).
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Financial literacy and strong business acumen.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive a culture of excellence and accountability.
