About Our Client

My client is an international FMCG giant with a robust brand name in the market. They are now seeking for Head of Commercial Finance to drive the business growth and achieve business objectives from an Asia and global perspective.

Job Description

• Lead a lean FP&A team and drive the business from a financial, strategic and operational perspective
• Act as a strong business partner to the stakeholders, including country managers, Sales and Marketing, and supply chain teams
• Enable accelerated and profitable share growth through strong commercial acumen and analytics
• Lead business planning for the cluster, including reviews, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Drive strategic leadership and collaboration to achieve sales and profit targets
• Guide supply chain decisions, including capital investments for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing
• Support new product development and growth initiatives
• Ensure cost control processes align with profit objectives
• Ensure business process compliance with internal controls
• Adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• At least 12-15 years of strong FP&A background from FMCG organisations
• Exposure in working closely with Commercial Sales Marketing and Supply Chain teams
• Leadership experience across a variety of brands/products/operations
• Strong commercial and analytical experience in previous highly matrix organisation
• Past involvement at a senior level in managing key business projects
• Past experience in developing added value improvements in business processes, analytical techniques or commercial systems
• Passionate, driven by quality and achieving results and operates with a high level of integrity
• English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
