Overview

Managing & growing the portfolio of OEM customers, export customers and local distributors/wholesalers in meeting revenue and profit KPIs.

To achieve annual sales & profit targets for current businesses.

To lead and work with internal stakeholders to align and solicit commitment in delivering the business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lead business reviews and ad hoc reviews with customers.
  • Lead and execute all commercial roll‑out plans including marketing activations and NPD launches.
  • Work with Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing to ensure plans are feasible and resolve disagreements promptly.
  • Co‑ordinate with Finance to ensure all claims and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to maintain optimal stock planning and resolve recurring gaps.
  • Plan and organise periodic training sessions for teams and selected customers.
  • Manage all contract renewals, amendments and potential conflicts of interest to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare business proposals and evaluations for Senior Management on new partnership consideration; ensure compliance with processes.
  • Lead and organise dipstick research to support business proposals.
Qualifications

Experience in portfolio management, sales, or business development with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to meet revenue and profit targets, drive commercial initiatives, and communicate effectively at all levels.
