Position : Expeditor

Scope of Work(s):

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics teams to track shipment status and resolve delivery issues.
• Review vendor production schedules and progress reports to identify and mitigate potential delays.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and logistics requirements, including documentation and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm receipt and proper handling of materials.
• Prepare expediting status reports and updates for project management.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain efficiency.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of practical experience in procurement within upstream oil and gas companies.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Expeditor.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems.
