Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with respective key personnel for project implementations and process improvements pertaining to the project goals and expectations.
- Support managers and any stakeholders in all aspects of day-to day operations to ensure the supply chain business results are achieved.
- Manage deadline and progress across the team to ensure timely and effective logistics services that support the project implementation.
- Collaborate and coordinate with project team and relevant parties to ensure integrated and harmonized operational systems.
- Share possible issues or matter that may significantly affect the projects deliveries or requiring escalation.
- Design templates for documentation purposes.
- Preparation and compilation of necessary documents for management use and training i.e., standard operation procedures, work instruction, user guide and etc.
- Liaise with respective person in charge for any changes to new or revised documents for approval and distribution.
- To ensure relevant records and documents are maintained, reviewed, verified, updated and filed accordingly.
- Collect feedback from respective stakeholders and analyze necessary improvement whenever necessary.
- Track and monitor the quality system records i.e., internal audit including follow-up the sure the records are closed and complete.
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Candidate should possess strong organizational and administration skills in a multi tasking environment.
- Equip with knowledge of distribution centers, supply chain as well as transport.
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools- Microsoft office.
- Team players with positive attitude, enthusiastic and motivated.
- Good in written and verbal communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking skill is required for this position.
