Team and Role Introduction:
Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Manage open-to-buy to meet financial targets and productivity metrics at the SKU level for performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals
- Manage SKU life cycle and react to in-season sales to inform the strategy going forward
- Analyze and forecast business to ensure stock planning, including adjusting product flow and inventory management to help achieve strategies planned by commercial/business
- Communicate with commercial, sourcing, warehouse and third-party vendors to ensure timely ordering & delivery of shipments
- Review seasonal product performance and share season-over-season learnings based on outbound trend

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- 3 – 4 years of work experience in planning with strong analytical mindset
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings
- Self-starter traits, take ownership and be passionate in driving results, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in managing big data in Excel
- Knowledge of VBA and SQL would be an advantage
