A global leader in logistics seeks a highly experienced candidate to oversee transformation projects and lead logistics operations. The role requires at least 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain and a strong strategic mindset. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and change management. This position offers competitive pay and attractive benefits based on location.
You will lead focuses on ensuring projects, digital transformation, organization readiness and process improvements are planned and executed successfully, driving growth and adaptation. You will be to lead process, technology and people readiness for logistics operation including transportation, warehousing and distribution for the region. You will work with key stakeholders from the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations teams in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives. You will report directly to Director, Global Logistics for Industrial Segment Operations
