The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Supply Chain Management and 1–3 years of experience in logistics or compliance. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics, shipping, or compliance.
• Knowledge of Malaysian Customs procedures and STA 2010 basics.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process additional shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Monitor regulatory updates and elevate issues as needed.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail

Good communication in English

Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia

Education
