Job summary
A facility management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to coordinate cleaning and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, possess strong leadership skills, and be computer literate. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling client complaints, and assisting with documentation and claims. Candidates with SPM and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in supervision or related field.
- Must be computer literate and possess good leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise cleaning and landscaping to ensure schedules are met.
- Handle client complaints regarding quality and manpower issues.
- Assist the operation executive in documentation and claims.
Skills
Education
- Coordinating and Supervising regarding cleaning & landscape, to ensure attendance, schedules, and deadlines are on track.
- Handling complaints from clients, regarding quality and manpower issues.
- Practice the proper operation methods, policies, and principles implement effectively.
- Handling cleaner & landscaper workers.
- Undertake any ad-hoc operation tasks with flexibility.
- Assist Operation Executive in documentation and claim.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the supervision sector or related field.
- Computer literacy, good in leadership & handling workers.
- Possess in SPM with 1 year experiences or Diploma in facility management or any field.
Bahasa Malaysia, English
