Job Responsibilities

1. Clinic Sales & Performance

• Oversee, monitor, and improve clinic sales performance, patient volume, and service profitability.

2. Clinic Operations

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including stock and supplies purchasing, implement and maintain high-quality hygiene protocols and patient care practice.

3. Patient Care Quality

  • Build strong customer relationships and address patient concerns effectively.
  • Optimise appointment scheduling and resource utilisation to reduce patient waiting times.

4. Marketing & Promotion

• Collaborate with HQ to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new patients.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

6. Human Resource Management

  • Work closely with HQ to maintain and improve staff performance, work attitude, attendance, and retention.
  • Assist in identifying potential candidates for recruitment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in clinic management, healthcare facilities, or sales branch operations.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
