Job description

Responsibilities

• Plan for deliveries of finished goods in a most cost-effective way
• Verify quantity of goods loaded and arrange for transporter to deliver the goods promptly
• Compile, check and verify transporter DO and invoices and manage transporter issues
• Check and continuously monitor raw materials stock level to ensure there are no stock out of materials
• Review materials requisitions and check to ensure required approvals are in place before issuing the goods or materials
• Conduct stock check to ensure stock levels tally with the actual stock in hand
• Store all raw materials and finished goods in a neat and orderly manner. Ensure all materials are tagged and labeled for easy identification. Apply FIFO principle in the disbursement of materials
• Support and carry out responsibility assigned related to Safety, Health & Environment
