A leading technology company in Kulai, Malaysia, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 3 years of experience. The role includes overseeing material acceptance, storage, and delivery, ensuring smooth warehousing operations, and assisting in process optimization. Candidates should be familiar with SAP or similar inventory systems and have good communication skills in English and Malay. This position offers an opportunity to enhance warehouse efficiency within a dynamic environment.
Be responsible on the material acceptance, storage, material preparation and delivery of inventory materials; guarantee of correct delivery of finished goods according to the shipment plan from the planner
Ensure smooth, effective and safe warehousing process
Be responsible for implementing the department manager’s business process design and development planning and providing other necessary support for the department manager.
Be responsible for pointing out potential process hazards and proposing corresponding improvement measures.
Ensure inventory accuracy time to time
Ensure good daily manpower arrangement to fulfil daily duties
Be responsible for assisting the department manager in building and optimizing each material store’s process and system
Be responsible for completing other warehouse projects / specialized work.
Be responsible for assisting the department manager in completing other work.
Minimum 3 years’ Warehouse working experience
Familiar with SAP or similar inventory system
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Good Communications skills in English and Malay
