In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our tour desk, ensuring exceptional customer service and the smooth running of our travel agency.

What you'll be doing
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of the tour desk team to deliver high‑quality customer service
  • Handling complex customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitoring tour availability, pricing, and inventory to maximise sales opportunities
  • Liaising with local tourism providers to negotiate rates, secure bookings, and maintain strong partnerships
  • Generating detailed reports and analyses to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Providing training and mentoring to the tour desk team to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant travel industry regulations and standards
