Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Operation Assistant Manager/Manager and supervise Telesales Executives.
• Support business activities to improve quality and contribute to growth.
• Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets.
• Handle enquiries escalated from team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
