Job Purpose

The VMT Supervisor manages a team of VMT specialists in KL, motivating and overseeing their performance to meet service levels and ensure high-quality monitoring.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the VMT KL team of monitoring specialists, managing daily performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction; reporting performance against SLAs weekly, monthly, and daily.
• Training and coaching specialists to enhance technical skills and customer service.
• Serving as the primary coordinator and communicator for all alerts and requests.
• Handling feedback from colleagues and managing challenging situations encountered by specialists.

Job Description:

• Work in shifts: morning, swing, and night shifts.
• Proficient in Global IT monitoring and Global call services.
• Guide monitoring specialists during daily operations.
• Explore and propose new monitoring methods to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze monitoring data and provide professional solutions/support.
• Collaborate with the VMT team in China.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5-8 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• High vigilance and discipline for continuous screen monitoring.
• IT background preferred.
• Skilled in developing and optimizing monitoring procedures, handling complex alerts.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for emergency handling.
• Responsible, professional, and collaborative.
• Ability to analyze monitoring data deeply and extract valuable insights.
• Exceptional risk observation and assessment skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technology applications.

Work Hours (Malaysia local time):

• Morning shift: 7am - 3pm
• Swing shift: 2pm - 10pm
• Night shift: 10pm - 7am
