Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
Working pattern & location:
  • Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
  • Working location : PTD 113801, Jalan Persiaran Teknologi, Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor
Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound
  • Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics
  • Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams
  • Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed
  • Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply
  • Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders
  • Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
