Main Responsibilities
  • Process daily orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery.
  • Track order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
Product Listing & Optimization
  • Creation: Create accurate and compelling product listings, including optimized titles, detailed descriptions, and high-quality images/media.
  • Maintenance: Continuously monitor and update listings to ensure they remain in the best form to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure all listings adhere to platform guidelines and policies.
Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, inventory, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Customer Service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Other Duties
  • Assist with other e-commerce related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
