Senior property Maintenance Technician
Job summary
A reputable property management company is seeking a Senior Property Maintenance Technician cum admin assistance in Selangor, Malaysia. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include handling property owner complaints, supervising maintenance, and performing various repair tasks. Candidates should be proficient in plumbing, electrical work, and must be computer literate. This role offers a competitive salary of RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs.
- Proficient in handling plumbing, electrical issues, and general building repairs.
- Must be computer literate, including knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that property owners' complaints are handled professionally.
- Monitor and supervise maintenance/service work.
- Handle miscellaneous repair and maintenance tasks.
- Attend to complaints from owners and tenants.
- Carry out hands-on building maintenance and repairs.
- Perform any other job functions assigned by the Property Manager.
Skills
Education
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Senior building Property maintainence Techinian.
- Experience: 5 years in building maintenance & repairs.
- Skills: Understanding hand‑on plumbing, electrical, aircon & building repairs.
- Knowledge: Computer literate, MS Office and Excel (compulsory).
- To ensure that property owners’ complaints are being handled in a professional and polite manner.
- Monitor and supervise any maintenance/service work.
- Handle miscellaneous repair, installation, and maintenance tasks.
- Attend to complaints from owners/tenants.
- Carry out hand‑on building maintenance and repair works.
- Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management.
Location: Ampang, Pandan Jaya, Pandan Indah, Pandan Mewah (near Hospital Ampang, Pandan Mewah)
Wages: RM2,200 – RM3,500 / month
Salary: RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month
