Benefits

Base Salary: Up to RM3,200.00

Travel Allowance: RM650.00

Mobile Allowance: RM139.00/month

Qualifications

• Able to work in shifts and independently at customer sites.
• Experience in manufacturing or service-based industries, especially in food industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation, preferably packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission SEE equipment at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service agreements or contracts.
• Promote and sell service agreements, spare parts, and field service opportunities.
• Conduct equipment audits with application specialists or sales teams to optimize machine settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service agreements or contracts.
• Promote and sell service agreements, spare parts, and field service opportunities.
• Conduct equipment audits with application specialists or sales teams to optimize machine settings.
• Build strong customer relationships to expand equipment and service business.
• Recommend spare parts stock and follow up on gaps.
• Ensure strict compliance with SEE safety policies.
• Prepare and distribute detailed service reports for all work undertaken.
• Maintain accurate records of customer equipment.
• Suggest equipment improvements based on field experience.
• Interpret mechanical assembly drawings, bills of materials, and electrical schematics.
