Job description

As a Maintenance Executive at Aegis Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's facilities and equipment. This full-time role is based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities
• Conduct regular inspections and identify any issues or potential problems
• Coordinate and oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities
• Manage maintenance records, budgets, and inventory
• Liaise with external contractors and service providers as needed
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement efficient maintenance strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and equipment
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
