A reputable property management company is seeking a Senior Property Maintenance Technician cum admin assistance in Selangor, Malaysia. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance and repairs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure that property owners' complaints are handled professionally.
• Monitor and supervise maintenance/service work.
• Handle miscellaneous repair and maintenance tasks.
• Attend to complaints from owners and tenants.
• Carry out hands-on building maintenance and repairs.
• Perform any other job functions assigned by the Property Manager.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Senior building Property maintainence Techinian.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in building maintenance & repairs.
• Skills: Understanding hand‑on plumbing, electrical, aircon & building repairs.
• Knowledge: Computer literate, MS Office and Excel (compulsory).

Responsibilities

• To ensure that property owners’ complaints are being handled in a professional and polite manner.
• Monitor and supervise any maintenance/service work.
• Handle miscellaneous repair, installation, and maintenance tasks.
• Attend to complaints from owners/tenants.
• Carry out hand‑on building maintenance and repair works.
• Any other job functions that may be assigned by the Property Manager/Management.

Location: Ampang, Pandan Jaya, Pandan Indah, Pandan Mewah (near Hospital Ampang, Pandan Mewah)

Wages: RM2,200 – RM3,500 / month

Salary: RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month
