Job summary
A leading transport company based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia is seeking an experienced professional to manage and enhance SOPs related to Advertising and Telecommunications Management. This role requires overseeing media contracts, ensuring revenue accuracy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support non-toll revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in the advertising or marketing sectors, coupled with a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advertising/media/marketing industries.
- Strong understanding of category management and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance SOPs for revenue growth.
- Manage media contracts and regulatory submissions.
- Oversee invoicing and revenue monitoring.
- Maintain advertising inventory and records.
- Collaborate with teams for contract execution.
Skills
Education
- Develop, implement, and enhance SOPs for Advertising & Telecommunication Management to support non-toll revenue growth.
- Manage third-party media contracts, documentation, approvals, and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities.
- Oversee invoicing, reconciliation, and monitoring of advertising, telco, and promotional revenue to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
- Maintain advertising inventories, master lists, and IFCA records to safeguard PLUS’s revenue share.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution, compliance, and payment processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline
- At least 4 years of working experience in an advertising/media/marketing related industry and understand category management’s, marketing strategies and corporate strategies.
