Job Responsibilities

• Develop and expand new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Prepare quotations, pricing, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends.

Requirements

• Branch Manager / Manager Level:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales with team management exposure.
  • Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
• Sales / Business Development Executive Level:
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided they hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of sales or logistics experience will have an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
