Sales Target Achievement
- Propose, plan, and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and drive the introduction and growth of new products within the food service market.
Food Service Wholesaler & Frozen Distributor Management
- Manage and ensure food service wholesalers and frozen distributors achieve their sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle order proposals, new product introductions, purchase orders, quotations, promotions, and payment collection.
- Work closely with wholesalers’ sales teams to expand HoReCa customer coverage.
Key Account & New Customer Development
- Identify, approach, and develop new potential food service key accounts and customers.
- Introduce company products, promote value propositions, and provide tailored business solutions.
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, quotations, and ongoing support.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain accurate daily CRM records, including customer visits, business proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, including information entered by non-executive staff.
People & Performance Support (Non-Executive Staff)
- Monitor non-executive staff performance against KPIs.
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT), coaching, and operational support.
- Verify data accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and quality of work output.
Customer Service & Relationship Building
- Deliver excellent customer service to food service wholesalers, HoReCa customers, and business partners.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based business relationships.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and business reports.
- Register and update customer data in SAP, including credit limits and trading terms.
Customer Payment & Credit Monitoring
- Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding balances, invoice due dates, and payment status.
- Assess financial conditions of assigned customers to minimize business risk.
Training, NPD & Sales Event Support
- Coordinate and conduct product and sales training for wholesalers’ sales teams.
- Support marketing and R&D in New Product Development (NPD) through market surveys and customer feedback.
- Participate in and support sales events, workshops, sampling activities, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Work Nature & Other Duties
- Role involves frequent on-site customer visits, as well as in-office and work-from-home activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors as required.
