About the Role We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our market presence and grow our customer base in industrial automation, digital transformation, ERP/MES/BMS solutions, and smart facility technologies.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, understanding client needs, and proposing solutions that match our technology offerings.

This is a strategic, high-impact role suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, creating value, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in manufacturing, industrial automation, and smart building sectors.
  • Promote company solutions such as ERP/MES/BMS, IoT, AI security systems, automation projects, and engineering services.
  • Conduct market research and understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Present product solutions, proposals, and value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, project scopes, and commercial proposals with the technical team.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and account management reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, project, technical support) to deliver complete solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Preferably from automation, engineering, IT, smart building, or manufacturing background.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Able to understand and explain technical solutions (training provided if needed).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a car and willing to travel to customer sites.
