We are seeking a Training Manager for our beauty/aesthetic clinic to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for our staff. You will conduct workshops, on‑the‑job coaching, and competency assessments to ensure adherence to SOPs, enhance product and service knowledge, and drive high‑quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in beauty and skincare, proven training experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills to develop a skilled and motivated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Program Development: Design and update training modules for technical skills, customer service, and SOP compliance.
- Staff Competency: Conduct workshops, practical sessions, and on‑the‑job coaching.
- SOP Compliance: Ensure all beauticians follow clinic SOPs.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Train staff on new products, treatments, and equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate staff performance post‑training and provide feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and update training based on clinic needs and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
- Certification in training/coaching (e.g., Train the Trainer) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and clinic operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- 3–5 years in beauty/aesthetic clinics, with at least 2 years in training, supervisory, or managerial roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for beauticians or salon staff.
- Experience monitoring SOP compliance, staff performance, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with new beauty technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Beauty treatments, skincare, and aesthetic procedures.
- Clinic SOPs and safety regulations.
- Beauty products, tools, and equipment used in aesthetic clinics.
- Training and development techniques, including adult learning principles.
