We are fully committed to be key players in the field of building construction inclusive of infrastructure and civil engineering works, architectural works, mechanical and electrical works by delivering projects on time, with good workmanship and to the satisfaction of the client and consultants. Due to our growing business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join us and grow his career as Site Supervisor and potentially promote to head of site for the delegated candidates.

Working schedule: 6 working days
Working hours 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (Mon to Sat)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently with a good working attitude.
• Willing to contribute or work for long hours prior to project deliverables.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• This position is only applicable for Malaysian citizens.

1. Assist the Site Manager to supervise all construction works on the project.
2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
3. Implement project operations and document control procedures.
4. Supervise, monitor, and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedures.
5. Coordinate with Project Director, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and timely progression of the work.
6. Maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
7. Ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.
