A construction company in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects. Ideal candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, with fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience considered. Due to our growing business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join us and grow his career as Site Supervisor and potentially promote to head of site for the delegated candidates.
Working schedule: 6 working days
Working hours 8.00 am – 5.00 pm (Mon to Sat)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently with a good working attitude.
• Willing to contribute or work for long hours prior to project deliverables.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
