• 3 years of purchasing experience is required.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel is necessary.
• Good communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing and evaluation of quotations.
• Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and maintain sales records.
• Monitor material delivery to meet specifications.
• Assist in GMP activities.
• Oversee product safety management system.
• Manage supplier audits and evaluations.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed regularly.
• Provide excellent service to identify reliable suppliers.
• Help maintain stock reports for purchase planning.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by superiors.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations & price negotiation to identify reliable supplier
• Issuing of Purchase Order to supplier & record with the Sales Order from supplier
• Monitor on material delivery to ensure meet the specification
• Assist in ensure GMP activities can perform accordingly
• Assist in establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating of product safety management system
• Ensure all raw material, packaging material and chemical used have their MSDS/Product Specification etc
• Managing the supplier’s audit and evaluation and new supplier assessment
• Ensure that preventive maintenance is done according to yearly schedule and all maintenance activists
• Identify reliable suppliers & provide excellent service to us
• Managing the supplier’s audit and evaluation to qualify the potential suppliers and to assess relationships with the existing ones
• Ensure the Store Keeper to update balance of Raw material & packaging materials in Weekly Stock Report to easy make a decision for purchase planning
• Ad-hoc jobs as requested by Superior
