A retail company in Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain service quality. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a clean and safe store environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential to motivate the team and enhance customer service.

- Proficient in inventory management and data analysis.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality.
- Monitor sales performance and support the manager in achieving KPIs.
- Oversee stock counts and replenishment.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to product standards.
- Train and guide new staff in daily tasks and customer service.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.

Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
Familiarity with retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
