Job description

We are looking for suitable candidate to join our company as Logistics Manager to ensures the efficient coordination of operations, including route planning, resource allocation, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage schedules for waste collection and product delivery.
  2. Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely operations.
  3. Monitor logistics activities to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  5. Deal with supplier or workshop for lorries maintenance.
  6. Develop, implement and maintain logistics procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Manage logistics budget and key performance indicators.
  8. Collaborate with Sales and Operation for daily collection schedule.
  9. Coordinate and regular interaction with 3rd party transporter.
  10. Handle other duties as required to support logistics and operational needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Skills and Competencies
  1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in scheduling and coordinating logistics operations.
  2. Proficient in speaking and writing three languages (Malay, English and Chinese) will be given priority consideration.
  3. Good organizational and time management skills.
  4. Strong ability to work independently, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  5. Excellent customer service awareness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to complex situations promptly.
  6. Strong skills in driver management, GPS tracking, and implementation of new process improvements to improve logistics operations and on-time deliveries.
