The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality.
Monitor sales performance and support the manager to achieving KPIs.
Oversee stock counts and replenishment.
Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to product standards.
Train and guide new staff in daily tasks and customer service.
Develop and implement store policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive environment.
Diploma/Degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
Support the manager in staff training and development
Maintain store security and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
Familiarity with retail operations, merchandising, and customer service best practices
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
