Job summary
A healthcare service provider in Selangor is seeking an Admin Executive to manage operational processes across branches and collaborate with department heads for service efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English are essential, with additional credit for Mandarin proficiency. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvements in service delivery.

Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre – Selangor
The admin executive reports directly to the director of Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre from time to time. He/she will be working closely with Heads of Departments to ensure efficient service delivery, whilst driving continuous improvements.
- Responsible for effectively managing all branches’ operational processes and resources, and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
- Manage appropriate staffing, ensure safety standards and SOP are adhered to, and implement appropriate strategies and actions to retain a motivated workforce.
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences, Psychology, Education, HR, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional credit for Mandarin speaking candidate.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
