Job Summary

The Service Manager authorizes one of the operational leaders of the Body and Paint Center to lead a team to provide high-quality service and customer experience to customers. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, vehicle maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high-quality service levels and customer satisfaction. Gain a deep understanding of the team's various functional businesses and provide timely and effective support and advice.

Job Description
Service & Operational Management
  • Improve and implement service policies, and master industry-related information.
  • Regularly lead the team to complete an inventory of vehicles, equipment, tools, and accessories.
  • Understand the EV’s car Operations Manual and execute and manage the team according to standards.
  • Fully understand the overall business situation and identify management risk points in daily operations (e.g., team management, daily processes, equipment and asset management, policies and regulations, environmental health, etc.).
Customer Experience & Service Quality
  • Have a strong sense of customer service, focusing on customers while optimizing service processes and providing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Fully tap into customers’ needs, analyze them, and align with business development priorities. Create demands based on existing service standards and local characteristics, and provide relevant products.
Leadership & Culture Building
  • Lead by example in practicing company culture and values, promoting corporate culture on the front line, building a team aligned with company values, and effectively eliminating bureaucracy.
Organizational Development & Talent Management
  • Clearly understand the organizational structure and corresponding needs of the business in the short, medium, and long term. Develop corresponding talent plans, set organizational structures, and timely promote and implement organizational changes.
  • Timely follow up on employee growth and create an atmosphere of mutual learning within the team.
Compliance & Quality Control
  • Ensure all repairs meet its quality, safety, and warranty standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure certification compliance.
  • Manage workshop budget, cost control, and profitability.
  • Monitor and report KPIs including cycle time, customer satisfaction, first-time quality, and throughput.
  • Optimize resource allocation to achieve both financial and service targets.
Job Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Aftersales service in Body & Paint automotive industry.
  • Master knowledge related to automotive equipment and services.
  • Hold a driver's license, be proficient in driving, and have no bad driving records.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and other ERP software.
  • College degree or above, major in automotive maintenance is an added advantage.
  • Experience in hybrid or electric vehicles is preferred.
  • Participation in professional training for factories, distributors, or automotive manufacturers is preferred.
