Job summary

A growing engineering company is seeking a site supervisor to oversee welding, fabrication, and installation works for water and sewage treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with clients and contractors. Physical fitness and the ability to read technical drawings are advantageous. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in welding/fabrication/site works.
• Possess a valid GDL lorry driving licence is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform site work.
• Strong leadership and able to manage site workers.
• Able to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.

Your Role

You will be responsible for supervising site activities related to welding, fabrication, and installation works for water and sewage treatment projects.

Requirements
