The role requires building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Applicants should have sales and customer service experience, particularly in retail or the automotive industry, alongside proficiency in social media for lead generation. This position offers an energetic team environment where meeting sales goals is key.

- Good listening skills and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-energy sales environment as a team to meet goals.
- Generate leads via social media and host live streams to showcase cars.
- Attend to walk-in and online customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs.
- Guide customers throughout the purchase process.
- Complete documentation for smooth transactions.

Proficiency in using multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our product. This includes hosting live streams to showcase cars, engage with potential customers, and drive sales through interactive promotions.
Attend to walk-in and website customers inquiry.
Use your knowledge of CARSOME inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers.
Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, automotive, airline industry is preferred.
Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
