Job summary

A leading retail company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Coffee Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of coffee machines across various store locations. This role involves regular inspections, training staff, and troubleshooting equipment issues to enhance customer experience. Candidates should have proven experience with coffee machines and electrical maintenance. A valid electrician’s license is required, along with the ability to work independently and physically in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably coffee machines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in a commercial setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and servicing of coffee machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues in coffee machines.
• Provide training to store staff on coffee machine maintenance.

Skills

Coffee machine experience

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to lift up to 30kgs

Education

SPM, diploma or equivalent

Valid electrician's license

Tools

Familiarity with Franke coffee machines

Familiarity with WMF coffee machines
