Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or customer service work is an advantage.
  • Experience in pawn broking, jewelry, or retail industry is preferred.
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with pawning, redeeming, and renewing luxury items.
  • Record and maintain customer information, pawn tickets, and loan documents accurately.
  • Handle data entry for all transactions and ensure accuracy in the system.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Ensure the front desk and display area are clean, secure, and well-organised.
  • Answer phone calls, and handle general administrative duties.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
