  • Maintain accurate stock levels, implement cycle counts, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
  • Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including automation.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly KPIs on inventory accuracy and cost control.

Job description

Inventory Management:Maintain accurate stock levels, implement cycle counts, and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.

Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch processes to meet service level agreements.

Team Leadership: Manage and develop warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to SOPs.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements, including automation and WMS optimization.

Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly KPIs on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and cost control.

Logistics Coordination: Liaise with internal logistics team.
