A leading FMCG company seeks a dynamic Sales Representative in Kuala Lumpur to achieve sales targets and enhance store presence. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from inventory checks to payment collections while proposing promotional orders. Candidates should have a minimum SPM/Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. A valid driver's license and a self-starting attitude are essential. JOB SUMMARY: Primary role is to deliver sales target and KPI’s for his / her assigned accounts. This is accomplished by working with the Sales Supervisor / Executive to deliver excellence in the sales fundamentals (Coverage, Distribution, Visibility, Merchandising & Pricing). In addition, he / she must ensure the responsibility of timely payment collection from customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall sales cycle from the inventory checking, merchandising, understanding customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales follow up such as check market return and return collection.
Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution.
Understand and propose monthly promotions to prospective retail store to help them generate high sales volume in order to achieve personal targets and company target.
Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM / Diploma holder.
Candidate must possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience for Sales Representative.
Those with at least 2 years of experience as Sale Supervisor will be consider for Supervisor role.
Preference shall be given to those who has FMCG experience.
Must be a self-starter and result-oriented.
Possess own car and valid driving license.
