Job summary
A dynamic restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Admin Executive fluent in Japanese to support overall operations. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, assisting with accounting and HR, and coordinating store operations. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate who can communicate effectively between the Japanese MD and local staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and own transport for commuting are required. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a thriving environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese conversation (certification not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Own transport and willing to commute to Mont Kiara area.
Responsibilities
- Manage store documents including contracts and invoices.
- Process purchases and payments; verify invoices.
- Prepare shift schedules and coordinate staffing.
- Provide reporting for the Japanese MD and head office.
