3–5 years of experience in food & beverage kitchen operations, with knowledge of Hunan cuisine.

Strong culinary skills, team management ability, and cost control skills.

Able to adapt to a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.

Responsible, follows SOP, and able to work on shifts.

Familiar with food hygiene and safety standards (non-halal kitchen)
