• Fresh and relevant experience in retail or food and beverage is preferred.
• Possess valid Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Course Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

Responsibilities

• Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
• Ensure cleanliness of all outlet.
• Monitor stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
• Handle and maintain all machines and equipment properly.
• Serve customers politely and professionally.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback efficiently.
• Perform cashier transactions accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
