A global healthcare company is seeking a Cluster Lead CRC in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This leader will oversee credit, receivables, and cash management while fostering the development of team members. With over 7 years of experience and a strong background in SAP or ERP systems, the ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives and align operational strategies with corporate objectives. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on collaboration and innovation.

- Minimum 7 years experience in Credit, Receivables & Cash Management.
- 5+ years of People Management experience.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop Cluster members, ensuring strategic and operational alignment.
- Communicate global vision and translate into local objectives.
- Ensure quality delivery of CRC services according to KPIs.
