About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at MIKI TRAVEL SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, playing a crucial part in supporting our company's growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management
- Update HR-related documents, including labor and health insurance enrolment, changes and termination, etc
- Assist in the implementation of company HR policies and procedures, including performance appraisal systems and employee discipline-related policies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
- Participate in projects and initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives
What we're looking for
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, deductions, and compliance requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR/administrative software
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
